How to reportBefore you write
Include these and we can usually answer on the first reply instead of the third:
- Your Bayzo ID, from the top of your profile page.
- A link to the listing or profile you are writing about.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- For a fault: your phone, its browser, and roughly when it happened.

Avelqor is a software studio, and its company registration in Türkiye is in progress. Until the trade registry issues them there is no registered trade name, no MERSIS number and no tax registration to publish — so we publish none of them rather than something that looks like one. They will appear here, and in the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, on the day they are issued. Everything else on this page is in force now: Avelqor operates Bayzo, answers for it, and reads every mailbox above.
There is no phone line
We do not run a call centre, and we will never call you to ask you to confirm anything. Anyone who telephones claiming to be from Bayzo is not from Bayzo. Everything we need to say to you, we say in writing.
